Mark Grant was not required to plead to the indictable charges that was read to him in Court Two at the Georgetown Magistrates Court. Particulars of the first charge read that Grant on Saturday, July 11,2015 at Georgetown, awaited the opportunity to commit a felony, that is, robbery under arms.
The court further heard that it is further alleged that on Thursday, July 16,2015 at Georgetown, Grant awaited the opportunity to commit a felony that is robbery under arms.
Police Prosecutor Deniro Jones objected to bail on the ground that Grant is being investigated by the police for another criminal matter.
A FORTY-ONE -year-old Kaneville taxi driver, accused of planning an armed robbery, was yesterday remanded to prison by Magistrate Ann McLennan for two conspiracy to commit a felony charges.
