COMMISSIONER of Police, Clifton Anthony Hicken, has graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) (specialisation in Human Resource Management), which he earned from the University of Bedfordshire through Nations University Incorporated.

Commissioner Hicken was, on Sunday, presented with his credentials, during a significant graduation ceremony hosted at the National Cultural Centre, which saw 252 other persons graduating as well.
