… Fundraiser dinner planned for month end
MONETARY support this week by Team Mohamed will help Guyana Chess Federation (GCF) to host its grand fund-raising dinner later this month.
The dinner is to offset expenses of Guyana’s participation at the 44th edition of the FIDE Chess Olympiad, which is scheduled for Chennai, India from July 28 to August 10.
According to the federation, businessman and philanthropist Azruddin Mohamed extended best wishes to the team and encouraged them to perform to the best of their abilities.
