ONEIL Halley, also known as “Lucky”, is wanted by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) in connection with the murder of Garfield Newton called “Sensei”, on December 24, 2021.

Sensei Garfield Newton of the Black Hawks Martial Arts was shot dead in Albouystown during a robbery in Campbell Street, Albouystown, Georgetown.

Newton, who was a self-defense enthusiast, was killed after he had collected a quantity of his jewellery from a goldsmith in the area where he had taken same to be repaired.

In early January 2022, Judah Vickerie called “Culture” and Darren Baley, called “Fifty” appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court charged with the murder of “Sensi”. They were both remanded to prison.

Anyone with information that may lead to the arrest of Halley also known as “Lucky”, whose last known address was the West Ruimveldt, Squatting Area, Georgetown, is asked to call 225-3650, 225-3061, 911 or contact the nearest police station.
