PERMANENT Secretary of the Ministry of Amerindian Affairs, Sharon Hicks, today, appeared before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court, where she was charged with corruption.

Hicks, who is the top administrative official of the ministry, was released on $100,000 bail. She was represented by Attorney, Sase Gunraj. The matter will be brought up again on December 20 for statements…
