The mangled car following the accident

POLICE are investigating an accident which claimed the life of a policeman on the Fellowship Public Road at Mahaicony on the East Coast of Demerara on Saturday.
Dead is Raoul Archer, a Police Constable who was attached to the Fort Wellington Police Station. The Sunday Chronicle understands that Archer was driving motorcar PYY 2468 east along the northern driveway at a fast rate of speed when he lost control and crashed into a parked trailer bearing registration number PSS 8923.
Archer was pulled from the mangled Suzuki following the accident and was rushed to the Mahaicony Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
