LOCAL organisations, businesses and companies have been invited to attend a sport goods and toy fair exhibition hosted under the Sports Goods Export Promotion Council (SGEPC) at the Bombay Convention and Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, India.

The event runs from September 26-28, 2019.

According to President of the Region Three Chamber of Commerce, Halim Khan, under the guidance of the Ministry of Commerce of India, the event is deemed India’s largest international B2B trade fair for toys, children’s products and sports goods.

Khan said that the event offers an excellent opportunity for doing business and networking at a single platform.

The event, he said, is expected to see participation from more than 160 companies, showcasing over 350 brands; with international exhibitors from Asia and Europe.

The Region Three Chamber President said the Education Ministry and the Department of Culture Youth and Sports should send a representative to network with the many vendors that will be at the event since Guyana will be able to benefit.
