FLEXTON SLOWE appeared before Principal Magistrate Judy Latchman at the Providence Magistrate Court, on Thursday May 2, 2019.

The Court was told that, on April 25, 2019, Slowe drove Motor Vehicle PVV 8980 in a dangerous manner, on the Bagostown Public Road.

In addition to the charge of dangerous driving, Slowe was charged for driving a vehicle (PVV 8980) which was unlicensed and uncertified.
Slowe pleaded guilty to all three charges and was fined $20 000 for each offence.
