NATIONAL players Kevlon Anderson and Junior Sinclair, along with Jeetendra Outar, scored centuries in the latest round of the Berbice Cricket Board (BCB)/New York Business Group Under-19 tournament.
Sinclair and Anderson who have represented Guyana at Under-15, Under-17 and Under-19 levels, scored 213 and 137 respectively while the exciting Outar scored 109 to press his case for a Berbice Under-19 call-up in the upcoming Inter-county tournament.

Sinclair struck 23 boundaries and 13 sixes in a brutal exhibition of stroke-play while Anderson struck 21 boundaries and four sixes. Mahendra Gopilall 63 and Tyrese Sealey 33 both clipped in with useful runs. Pavendra Ganesh claimed 3-31.
Albion Community Centre ‘B’ were bowled out for 96 in 23.3 overs to lose by a massive 421 runs. Hemendra Gurdyal 27 and Damien Cecil 29 were the top scorers as off-spinner Junior Sinclair returned with the ball to take 4-6, Mahendra Gopilall 2-6 and Joshua Wilson 2-26.
At Edinburgh, Edinburgh Cricket Club defeated Mt Sinai by 77 runs. Edinburgh Cricket Club made 154 all out. Lee David 61, F. Mingo 17; T. Sinclair 3-38, S. Giddings 3-25, S. Lewis 3-50. Mt Sinai Cricket Club were 77 all out in 20 overs. T. Sinclair 23; L. Sanichara 3-21, Trevon Wharton 6-15.
