A recently married couple suffered severe losses after a fire gutted their Section ‘C’ Enterprise, East Coast Demerara (ECD) home, on Monday morning.
The couple, the only occupants of the house, was not at home when this publication visited, but residents in the area said that they were not surprised that the house went up in flames.

Ranks at the fire service were unable to give an update on the circumstances of the fire and a report was made at the police station as investigations continue.
