STARTUP Grind Georgetown Guyana is gearing up to host another dynamic ‘Fireside Chat and Networking Forum,’ at WeOwn Space next Tuesday.

Addressing many of the challenges facing Guyanese Entrepreneurs, the much anticipated event will feature designer, Sonia Noel. Noel, who is celebrating 20 years in the fashion industry, has been presented with many accolades locally, regionally and even internationally, for entrepreneurship, philanthropy, cultural ambassadorial services, advancing creative enterprise, promoting competitive- worthy fashion design and youth empowerment.

During the Fireside Chat on Tuesday May 16, the local chapter Director, Hilary Benjamin-Byer and Dr. Noel will not only discuss the challenges facing entrepreneurs in Guyana, but the avenues that can be taken to overcome those hurdles. The event will be held at a time when Startup Grind is recognising some of leading female entrepreneurs in 200 cities across the world under the theme “#SGwomen Female Founders Month.”
