A 21-YEAR-OLD man died at the Georgetown Public Hospital while receiving medical attention Sunday, after the motorcycle he was riding collided with a canter truck at Haslington, East Coast Demerara Wednesday night.
Kristoff Spencer of Lot 99 Charles Street, Golden Grove, ECD and his girlfriend Ebony Scott were traveling along Haslington Public Road on a motorcycle when it collided with the canter truck around 19:30 hours. He died around 03:00hrs Sunday, but Scott remains a patient at the hospital.

The two are members of the popular ‘Gold Rush’ youth group and former students of Hope Secondary School. Spencer is employed with the Guyana Power and Light Inc. and is also a Disc Jockey (DJ).
The Guyana Chronicle understands that Spencer was riding his motorcycle West along Haslington Public Road when the motor lorry, which was heading in the opposite direction attempted to turn south into a street at Haslington and they collided.
Reports are that Spencer sustained head injuries, injuries to his spinal cord and broken legs, while Scott also suffered a broken leg. Apart from Scott, Spencer leaves to mourn his parents and four siblings.
An autopsy is expected to be performed today.
