PERMIT me this space in your newspapers to establish this fact about homosexuality.Homosexual behaviour is a manifestation of a psychiatric disorder, and is similar to paedophilia and bestiality.

There are a host of psychological difficulties faced by homosexuals. These include major depression, suicidal ideation and attempts, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, conduct disorder, low self-esteem in males, and sexual promiscuity with an inability to maintain committed relationships.”

There have been recent calls by some associations for the legalisation of homosexual unions, even an encouragement by Ann Green, the head of Childcare and Protection Agency (CPA), to have them adopt children. These calls have been made ignoring the potential impact on children in those “unions”. It is being increasingly proven that children have a critical psychological need for a stable family life with a mother and a father, which the homosexual lifestyle cannot provide.

While it is the man without knowledge who would pick on a homosexual for his disability, it is the feeble-minded who would accept these clearly abnormal behaviour patterns. Homosexuals deserve our compassion and help, not our enabling of their self-destructive behaviour.
