ACTING Chief Justice Mr. Ian Chang S.C., yesterday granted 13 petitioners bail in the sum of $7,650,000 pending determination of their cases.Particulars follow:

For possession of narcotics,
Derick Favourite was placed on $350,000 bail; Bothram Garnette was placed on $2,000,000 bail; Paula Rodrigues $625,000 bail; Teshia Rodrigues, $250,000 bail; Jacky Rodrigues, $250,000 bail; Festus Hohenkide, $100,000 bail; Eustace Thomas, $250,000 bail, and Desmond Thomas, $1,250,000 bail.

For intent to defraud, Bayney Prim Gargoo was placed on $200,000 bail.

For possession of arms & ammunition, Liso Lette La Cruz was placed on $300,000 bail.

For threatening language,
Jermaine Williams was placed on $25,000 bail.

For robbery, Derrick Bentick was placed on $1,900,000 bail; and for robbery under arms,
Jermaine Wilson was placed on $150,000 bail.
