I wrote about this Station Street noise and stinky urine problem before. After reading yet another letter with regard to noise in Station Street, I know what I am in for on my next visit to Guyana – more noise, more cursing, more urine stench, which leads one to wonder if the Police are getting paid off for this to continue to happen. If so, how can Guyana develop to its full potential? A day will soon come when lots of people will say enough is enough and take matters into their own hands, and the jails will be filled with lots of innocent citizens who have been tormented by the big ones who can spend big money to continue to break the laws and torment people indefinitely.
