HIS Excellency Peterson Noel, Plenipotentiary Representative (Designate) of Haiti to the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) will be presenting his letters of credence to Ambassador Irwin LaRocque, CARICOM Secretary-General, today.

The ceremony is slated to take place in the Executive Lounge at the Headquarters of the CARICOM Secretariat in Georgetown, Guyana.
