POLICE are investigating the circumstances leading to the shooting death of 26-year-old Zang Ling Ling, Manageress of Celina’s Resort at the Kitty Foreshore in Georgetown. Police report that at around 14:20h. on Friday last, Zang Ling Ling was about to enter a motor vehicle outside of the business place when two men rode up on a motor cycle, and one armed with a hand gun shot Zang Ling Ling to her left hip before they both escaped with a handbag containing $30,000 and two cell phones.
 
Zang Ling Ling has been admitted to the GPHC for medical treatment. Her condition is said to be stable.
 
Police investigations are in progress.
