A WOMAN is now a patient at Balwant Singh Hospital, in East Street, Georgetown, after being brutalised by four bandits who invaded her home on Sunday night.

Seelochanie Budhoo, of Hanam Street, Ruimzeight, West Coast Demerara, suffered injuries in the attack that occurred about 19:00 hrs when she was robbed of $3.8M.
Investigations, so far, revealed that she was held up by the robbers in her living room and ordered to lie on the floor.
The robbers then tied her hands and dealt her several kicks before taking the money that was in a bedroom.
Police are continuing to investigate the robbery.
