JUSTICE James Bovell-Drakes will, tomorrow, determine whether or not the committal order and indictment for murder, against Harry Samaroo, is valid.

The decision would follow arguments put forward on Tuesday by Mr. Jailall Kissoon and Mr. Sandel Kissoon, who contended that the charge was not supported by evidence at the preliminary inquiry (PI).
