I AM particularly disturbed that GT&T, at its Anna Regina Branch, has not acted on my complaints for the past days about my poor internet and telephone services. I wish to state that I am the owner and Managing Director of Celebs Sports Bar and Night Club and Restaurant where these services are very important for my business. The ‘non-service’ by GT&T has resulted in many cancellations of bookings for meals and party. The marketing strategy they used by parading around with all the good services is a disgrace and sent out a terrible message to Essequibians.
To some it is great, but to many, the connection failed. Having said this, I would hasten to add that if GT&T is to succeed in holding on to what it has, it is clear that they must improve their performances of their internet and telephone services. In this regard, they will need a combination of several factors. They will need skilled managers and the dedication of their workers to costumers.
