OTIS Straugn (no addres given) appeared before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton yesterday, on a charge of wanton driving. He is charged, indictably, with having on May 21, in James Street, Albouystown, Georgetown, being in charge of a motor car, caused bodily harm to Gavin Marshall.
Police Corporal Simone Payne, prosecuting, had no objection to it but requested that bail be in a substantial sum.
Straugn was ordered to post $400,000 surety, pending his return to court on May 28.
