ONCE again, we have a confederation of West Indian states –a State within a State, a law unto itself, and accountable to no one – that can do anything outside of the law with impunity, and be answerable to no one!  Ask the Canadian High Commission in Guyana.  This is how the Chief Justice of Guyana, Mr. Ian Chang, puts it:  “ … Similarly, the Court can give no recognition to either of the named defendants (members of the Guyana Cricket Board) in their capacities of office-holders or representatives of the GCB, since the GCB has no legal capacity to sue or be sued in a Court of Law.  In short, all the parties before this Court are non-entities, and the Court is not the proper forum or avenue for any relief or redress involving the GCB or any of its members – the GCB, the BCB, the DCB, or the ECB.”   
In other words, the Guyana Cricket Board and, by extension, the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) are beyond and above the laws of all West Indian sovereign nations, a la FIFA.  No wonder, another cricketing non-entity, Otis Gibson, can condemn Chris Gayle, Ramnaresh Sarwan and Jerome Taylor to eternal damnation, notwithstanding his (Otis Gibson’s) abysmal failure as a cricketer!
Enter the great Clive Lloyd to the rescue, and up came that other lunatic that he (Clive Lloyd) has sold out!  Clive, give me a call and I shall sue him for you, pro bono!
Imagine a Chief Justice of a sovereign nation has ruled, and the WICB has advised to disregard that ruling!  Take that in you runk-u-tunk!  Ain’t it that we like it so!  Where is the rule of law?  It’s called ANARCHY – accountable to no one – corruption, capriciousness, arbitrariness, lawlessness, outrageousness, and otherwise notwithstanding!
Lord, give a hand!  Julian Hunte says that he is not bound, even if all West Indian Governments take a unanimous decision to disband WICB.  Look, get a rice-bag, put all members of the WICB and regional Boards, and Otis Gibson, inside of it, seal it permanently and throw it down the deepest part of the Atlantic Ocean to once and for all get rid of these dotish lunatics, parasites and barnacles!  Imagine Julian Hunte, Ernest Hillaire and Darren Sammy all being St. Lucians!
