PRESIDENT Donald Ramotar and his Cabinet colleagues have offered their sympathy to Head of the Presidential Secretariat and Cabinet Secretary Dr Roger Luncheon on the passing of his mother Mrs. Sybil Hyacinth-Luncheon. Dr Luncheon left Guyana on Saturday last for New York to be with his mother who was critically ill.
