FOUR hundred children residing in Ruimveldt, Georgetown and the lower East Bank Demerara areas were treated to an afternoon of fun by the Neal and Massy Group of Companies at the Group’s Annual Children Christmas party, held simultaneously at N&M Staff facilities at Ruimveldt and at the Demerara Oxygen Company (DOCOL) Limited’s compound at Eccles recently.
Fazeika Singh, Human Resources Coordinator of Associated Industries Ltd. (AINLIM) said that 240 children from Riverview, Meadow Bank and Alexander Village attended the party at the staff facilities, while 160 children from Agricola, Eccles, Houston and Mc Doom were in attendance at DOCOL.
Singh disclosed that the Christmas party is held annually by the Group in Ruimveldt and the lower East Bank where the Group operates, to spread Christmas cheer to children in those communities.
Santa Claus presented gifts to the children, who were entertained by Mickey Mouse and Tons of Fun Party Service.
