Wounding defendant granted $25,000 bail

MARLON Griffith (no address given) appeared before Magistrate Sueanna Lovell yesterday, charged with unlawful wounding.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge, which stated that, on September 30, he unlawfully and maliciously wounded Tamika Evans.

Attorney-at-law Mr. Mark Waldron, who represented the defendant, requested reasonable bail, on the ground that Griffith is not a flight risk.
The magistrate granted pre-trial freedom, in the sum of $25,000, until on October 27.
