NJASMHM Eid Mubarak Message to our Muslim Brothers and Sisters

On behalf of the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Arya Samaj / Guyana Central Arya Samaj Humanitarian Mission, the Berbice Central Arya Samaj, and its Guyana Chapter, we are delighted to extend our sincere wishes to our Muslim brothers and sisters celebrating Eid in Guyana and around the world. It is a day of gratitude for blessings in life. May Eid bring you bountiful happiness and joy.  Here is hoping that blessings of the ALL Mighty are with you.

Eid-ul-Fitr is a special day for Muslims to mark the end of the holy month of Ramadan, a month of charity, family, contemplation, and recitation of the Qur’an. It brings together friends and families. This holy day encourages Muslims to continue the teachings of restraint throughout the year; particularly the lessons of giving, charity, and tolerance.

Eid-ul-Fitr celebrates the completion of a month of fasting, prayer, devotion, and charitable giving. This is a fitting time to remember all those who are in need around the world, especially those who are struggling to build a better future for their communities in Guyana and around the world.

Eid is the combination of three meaningful words: E – Embrace with open heart – I – Inspire with impressive attitude D – Distribute pleasure to all peoples.

Pandit Sugrim, President of the NJASMHM, sincerely thank his Muslim brothers and sisters for their kind support towards the continuation of the New Jersey Arya Samaj Humanitarian Mission initiatives in Guyana.
