Police discovered a quantity of ammunition while following up a report on Wednesday night at Bagotville, West Bank Demerara.
At about 20:00hrs, while following up a report, the police conducted a search on a residence at Bagotville, and found a haversack containing twenty five 9mm. rounds, three .22 rounds, and a magazine. A man was seen escaping as the police approached the building.
Investigations are continuing.
