Too many agencies seem to disregard the laws

IF half of what Chairperson of the Public Accounts Committee said is accurate about the Report on the Public Accounts for the years 2007 and 2008, immediate action should be taken by GoG and other responsible authorities. There seems to be a total disregard as well as contempt for the laws by too many agencies. An immediate investigation should be launched with the intention of recovering overpayments and charging officials and contractors who share the responsibility for these projects. There is no excuse for elected officials not acting aggressively to stop these abuses and for not holding people accountable for their misdeeds. If this is not mismanagement, what is?
