Who was the Customs Officer who stuffed bribes in his socks?

I see Malcolm Harripaul has resumed his foray in writing and telling us about 1973. He is now dealing with just and righteous conduct. A month ago I wrote requesting that he tell us who was the Customs Officer who used to collect bribes and stuffing the cash in his socks and shoes and when found out by Mrs. Jagan and given the boot, he migrated. He was at the time employed as a Customs Officer doing investigatory work so he can tell us factually of those incidents. Let us put the record right so that truth and righteousness can prevail.
I am also still awaiting a response from Hamilton Green to tell us about the killing of Rose Ann Barrow who was shot to death at his Ministry of Housing in Homestretch Avenue when she was selling powdered milk to maintain her children.
