POPULAR photographer on the Essequibo Coast, Vydut Kumar also called Tony, was granted $200,000 bail on Tuesday, when he appeared before Magistrate Leron Daly, at the Anna Regina court, on a carnal knowledge charge.
Particulars of the indictable offence accused Kumar of carnally knowing a girl under the age of 13 years.
The virtual complainant is a student of a leading secondary school, who was, allegedly, raped some months ago in a photographic studio.
