Post mortem examinations were yesterday performed on the bodies of Najien Sadick of Gaulding Place, South Ruimveldt Park and Susie Ramdeen of Swan Street, Pouderoyen, West Bank Demerara by Government Pathologist Dr. Nehaul Singh.

The cause of death of Najien Sadick was given as a fractured spine, compounded by compression injury to the neck and the cause of death of Susie Ramdeen was given as asphyxiation, compression injury to neck and submersion.

Nijien Sadick’s body was found in her home at Gaulding Place, South Ruimveldt Park on March 4, 2011 and Susie Ramdeen’s body was found in a canal at Houston, Greater Georgetown on March 5, 2011.

Investigations into these matters are continuing.
