RAWLE Williams (no address given) appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry yesterday, charged with smoking a narcotic.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the offence, particulars of which said it was committed on February 6. Police Corporal Venetta Pindar, prosecuting, said Williams was attending a show when he was seen smoking cocaine  and admitted it.
With no objection by the prosecutor, the magistrate put the defendant on $50,000 bail until March 10.
