Friday night saw the Savannah Suite at the Pegasus Hotel filled to capacity as ministers of Government, diplomats, friends, colleagues and CARICOM  Secretariat staffers turned up to say farewell to Sir Edwin Carrington who  demits office on December 31, after serving for 18 years; and as the long-serving head of CARICOM. This Cullen Bess  Nelson photo gives a glimpse of  Friday night’s farewell activity which consisted of songs, speeches, and reading of an excerpt from ‘Mastering the Craft’ .  Here, Sir Edwin poses with a group of lovely ladies at the farewell function.
