THE ‘Cinderella County’ recorded another suicide this week after Vinod Lall took a fatal dose of poison. Reports sad the miner ended his life tragically at his Charity Housing Scheme home, on Essequibo Coast, following domestic problems involving himself and wife.
He drank the liquid substance on Monday and was admitted to Charity Hospital where he died at around 02:30 h Wednesday morning.
Lall, who worked with a gold mining company in the interior, is survived by his wife, Vanie and three small children.
He was one of mostly male suicides over the past weeks, who were the breadwinners of their families.
