THERE is good news for Guyanese boxing fans. The deadly encounter that was to be held between Hector `Macho’ Comacho (Jr) and Guyanese Denny `The Deadly’ Dalton at Foxwood Resort in Connecticut on May 7 will now be held right here. BrisO Promotions Chief Executive Officer and US-based boxing promoter Seon Bristol announced yesterday that in conjunction with Princess Hotel and Casino, the WBF world middleweight title fight between the two boxers is fixed for June 5 at the Princess Hotel and Casino.
According to Bristol it will be the first fight for the Princess Hotel and Casino and the BrisO Promotions group is delighted at the outcome following a two-hour long meeting with the Hotel’s General Manager Muharren Kulekci, yesterday.
