The King of Glory Lutheran Church of Belle Vue, West Bank Demerara, hosted its annual Christmas Party for children at the Lutheran Community Centre, Belle Vue on December 22, 2009.

The party began with a play focusing on the birth of Christ after which the children were served a sumptuous meal. The 135 children were presented with gifts and the party ended with the presentation of trophies to Mr. Errol Ramdhany and Ms. Kavita Karran for their achievement in recent courses.

Mr. Alfred Ramdhany and Mr. L.H Persaud provided partial funding for the celebration which was described as exciting for all in attendance.
