ANIMALS on the roadways cause serious vehicular accidents, damages to properties and vehicles and even cause several deaths each year.

Government should impose tough laws and penalties on people with animals roaming the roadways. Animals caught on the roadways should be impounded, owners should be fined. If owners cannot be found animals should be action out to farmers who can take care of the animals in a proper environment.

Government should have a special squad to pickup stray animals on the roadways in order to prevent future accident and death.

Animal owners should install fence to prevent the animals to be on the roadway.
