Government should:
(1) Encourage businessmen and others as well as itself to make use of the IPA global positioning system (GPS) for vehicles where the use is beneficial for security and other reasons.

(2) Make an early determination whether the Romix road construction method is as effective and cost saving as advertised, in order to ensure that this method is used as soon as possible for all government sponsored road construction.

(3) Use a similar time frame and standard advocated by the President in the Torture case to similar important investigations such as the Mc Koy tapes and the Ramsammy signature verification cases. There must be some accounting for long or excessive delays in investigations and DPP decisions.

The government, like Caesar’s wife must not only be virtuous but appear to be so. Their concern is not appeasing the opposition, but assuring the populace that the facts do not support the charges.
