a) The overhead barriers and cross-bar installed by National Hardware Limited were subsequently removed by the Mayor and City Council.

b) Because of this, there is now a central flow of heavy vehicles of all sizes now traversing this bridge.

c) As observed, this bridge is now sinking and at some unfortunate time, a catastrophe is evident.

Sir, the management and staff of National Hardware Limited were doing an excellent job monitoring the opening and closing of the cross-bar. Of course the bridge is now deteriorating and urgent repairs are warranted.

It is in that context that we solicit your help in getting these overhead barriers and cross-bar for the said bridge reinstated, in abating the situation. To an extent, the monitoring of this bridge by National Hardware Limited is seen as additional security for all neighbouring entities for which we are very grateful.
