How could the media misinform people like that?

I read an article published by Kaieteur News stating that students who turned up for school at South Road Nursery on January 5 met with a flooded compound and were advised to return home.

As a parent who personally took my child to school on that day, I wish to refute this statement by Kaieteur News. There was some water on the bridge of my child’s school but children were able to stay as per normal for their school session.

How could the media misinform people like that? Kaieteur News totally misrepresented the situation at South Road Nursery on January 5.

Imagine my astonishment Kaieteur News, when I read the article knowing that my child was at school on that day. This is madness at the highest level.
