Not all Members of Parliament, ministers performing up to par

I think everyone will agree with me that some Members of Parliament and ministers of the government are not performing to the best of their abilities in their respective regions and ministries.
The party is represented by Members  of Parliament in the National Assembly, but, as I understand it, the position taken by them there and, in my view, are not properly taken to represent matters of great importance affecting the region and people and they have become rubber stamps.

The most logical way of beginning any discussion of our Members of Parliament performances is to start with Region 2 which we have to ask what is wrong with these Members of Parliament and what will be the proposed solutions of the newly elected President.
To resolve this issue of proper representation the party should select most suitable candidates for the purpose of good governance. Members of Parliament have emerged out of an historical experience which culminated in the entrenchment of those associated with political relationships that have no sound educational background and therefore, they cannot stand before the National Assembly and present a case. Out of the spoils yielded by the system some benefits did indeed trickle down to those below without education.
It is improbable that this came about as the primary objective of the failed system. Many of the grosser defects of this selection of Members of Parliament and ministers can be corrected as have been largely corrected in the welfare states of modern Western Europe. The imbalances within the system impose constrains, friction and inhibitions which render it an unacceptable one for developing nations such as ours
So the first noteworthy point about standard socialist constitution is that they are based on a socialist ideology which is frankly and consequently largely irrelevant to our history, circumstances, aims and aspirations. The people voted at periodical elections but, for the rest, they seem to look on from the outside. They may criticise the party and government actions for the selection of these Members of Parliament and ministers, but they do so as spectators.
