PRIME Minister, Brigadier (Ret’d), the Honourable Mark Phillips, on Thursday received a courtesy visit from the newly accredited Ambassador of the European Union to Guyana, HE Luca Pierantoni, at the Office of the Prime Minister on Camp Street.
