JOHN Bernard Boodhanlall, a 63-year-old driver of Onderneeming, Essequibo Coast, who was charged for Refusing to Provide a breath specimen for a breath alcohol test to be done, has been fined $30,000.

According to the police, the man appeared at the Suddie Magistrate’s Court, on May 2 and pleaded guilty to the charge when it was read to him.
