ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER, Khali Pareshram, Commander of Regional Police Division 4C, on Thursday, spearheaded a community engagement initiative organised by CDC Chairman, Dr. Ritesh Tularam, in Enterprise, East Coast Demerara.

The outreach effort aimed to enhance public safety, address community concerns, and foster stronger relationships between the police and residents.
The interactive session saw active participation from residents, who voiced various issues and concerns directly to the police team.

Commander Pareshram and his team promptly addressed the concerns, assuring residents of their continued support and commitment to community safety.
Residents expressed their appreciation for the police visit, viewing it as a significant step towards building trust and enhancing security within the community. The engagement not only provided a platform for dialogue but also demonstrated the police’s dedication to collaborating with the community for better safety outcomes.

Accompanying Commander Pareshram during the outreach were Inspector Sardhina, Inspector Roop, Sergeant M. Champan, D/Cpl Liverpool, and Woman Constable Keiler, along with Dr. R. Tularam, Deputy Chief Education Officer. Together, they emphasised the importance of community engagement in policing and the role of public participation in creating a safer environment for all.
