MINISTER of Education, Priya Manickchand, on Wednesday, paid a visit to Manchester Secondary School to inspect the ongoing rehabilitation works aimed at improving the school’s infrastructure. The project, overseen by JR Engineering Solutions, is valued at G$20,294,520 and is expected to benefit 183 students.
The rehabilitation works include painting, electrical and plumbing upgrades, as well as other critical repairs to enhance the learning environment. The project is scheduled to be completed within two months.
During her visit, Minister Manickchand emphasised the Ministry’s commitment to ensuring that all students learn in environments that are safe, well-equipped, and conducive to academic success.
