According to previous reports, the 50 houses to be constructed are made of modern materials such as metal sheets and concrete. On a visit to the site, several of these homes were nearing completion.

Meanwhile, the remaining 50 houses being constructed are made of recycled plastic made into blocks, reinforced concrete, and polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

Furthermore, each unit costs about $5.5 million and $5.9 million, respectively.
