A 44-year-old Linden businessman, on Tuesday, appeared in the Linden Magistrate’s Court, charged for the attempted murder of a woman and was remanded to prison.

Micheal Hercules of Central Amelia’s Ward, Linden, appeared before Magistrate Wanda Fortune and was not required to plead to the charge which alleged that, on March 20, 2022, at Buck Town in Christiansburg, Linden, he attempted to murder the victim.

Hercules was remanded to prison until May 3, 2022.
