— Vivaanta Ayurvedic Spa & Hair Salon celebrates third anniversary

SINCE opening its doors in 2019, Vivaanta Ayurvedic Spa and Hair Salon has been giving Guyanese a unique spa experience by promoting health and wellness.

Today, the company is celebrating its third anniversary in providing specialised services such as hair treatment, threading, skin care, body treatment, massage therapy, facials, nail care, laser treatment and its most recent services which include non-invasive weight loss procedures such as cool-sculpting.

The company was established by father and son duo, Nitin and Karan Mehra (owner/ director), both of whom are from India. Vivaanta was established with a burning desire to introduce the ancient heritage of ayurvedic therapies to Guyana.

Karan, during an interview with the Guyana Chronicle, said the company has created a perfect fusion between age-old therapies and modern spa technology.

It is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit.

Vivaanta introduces a totally new concept of care and cure, and according to Karan, “Vivaanta’s mission is to go above and beyond industry expectations to provide professional, high-quality services and products to everyone within and outside of our community.”

He added: “Vivaanta ensures we do everything we can to accommodate the needs of our clients so that they feel as much a part of the Ayurvedic family as we do.”

Additionally, the company offers herbal care products and treatments are designed to remedy a host of skin and health-related issues.

Since its founding in Guyana, Vivaanta has evolved, having become a proven leader in quality personal care services and products.

“Our steady and continued success has grown out of our commitment to quality, continuous innovation, employee dedication and customer loyalty. This has led us to establish a weight loss Centre in 2021 where we offer a variety of non-invasive, non-surgical fat reducing therapies. This latest initiative is led by an expert team of consultants, coaches and dietitians,” Karan said.

Over the years operating in Guyana, the company has participated and sponsored a number of Guyanese activities including Rotary events.
