A MAN, on Monday, appeared before the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court on a robbery charge and was released on $50,000 bail.

Deon Allen pleaded not guilty to the charge which was read by Magistrate Dylon Bess.

It is alleged that, on January 9,2022, at Kitty Public Road, he robbed Damian Binder of US$600 (just over $120,000).

Allen, who was unrepresented was granted bail and told to return to court on March 7.
