THE Guyana Gold and Diamond Miners Association (GGDMA) has donated $1M to the Private Sector Commission (PSC) to support its relief efforts for the people of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, who are affected by the recent volcanic eruptions on the island.

The GGDMA handed over the donation to the PSC, and expressed heartfelt support to the people of St. Vincent and the Grenadines during this disastrous period in their country.

“The GGDMA, through the coordination of the PSC, remains committed to supporting the response efforts at this critical time of the Vincentians. May the people of St. Vincent and the Grenadines be comforted as the nations pool together resources to satisfy their needs,” the GGDMA noted in a press release on Monday.
